For your convenience, ICHC offers a patient portal! You must be an existing patient to have access to the portal. You can use it to schedule appointments, review your health records, print your vaccines, send messages to your provider and their team, pay your bill, see your lab results, and more!
If your family also sees ICHC, you can get connected to their patient portals and view the entire family in one place. Ask us how to connect your family’s portal accounts—but remember, adult family members must initiate your access on their own unless you have proof of guardianship or Power of Attorney. You or they can cancel your access at any time.
